10/10 for location, lovely building, generous sized rooms

Brilliantly spacious room in a gorgeous building, bang in the centre of Zaragoza. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Surprisingly quiet given how central it is. Will defo go back.

Car parking was tricky because of the height of our vehicle (with a roof box), so we couldn’t use the hotel’s own facilities. They did help to find a spot, but public parking is in short supply in this area.

The location of the hotel is superb, and the valet parking is quite reasonable and convenient. The breakfast room perhaps used to be a ball room, it was quite splendid with many options.

Wish we were able to stay in the area for longer.

A wonderful hotel let down by their Restaurant.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were the best that we have experienced in Europe over the past 6 months. The location is good with a short 10 minute walk to El Tubo. The front office staff were excellent and bilingual. Juan, Jaime and the doorman were excellent. Parking is two blocks away but easy access, good sized spots and reasonably priced at Eu11.50 / 24 hours. Good air conditioning that was easy to control. Excellent water pressure in bathroom. Good lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. Good sized bathroom. The room had a good and functional desk for laptop working. The bed was big and very comfortable with lots of pillow options. The room had both an external door and an additional door to the bedroom to reduce corridor noise.

Not much of a view despite being on the top floor. The internet was fast enough but kept dropping out. The curtains were not completely black out. I hate a shower over a bath which is a bit cramped but at least this one didn't leak all over the floor. No USB chargers in the room. Despite being on the top floor there was still significant street noise. The hotel restaurant is a must to avoid. The food is tiny and about 3 times the price of better restaurants in the area. The lifts are a little small. Overall the hotel is highly recommended but avoid the Restaurant.

A fine example of a grand, old hotel with exceptional service. Great bed, towels and staff. Everything you might want available for breakfast. We just had to ask.

Location is perfect - close to everything we were interested in. Room is spacious, clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant.

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely spacious room, amazing location and valet parking.

Great location. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast with great choice of plant milks. Car was parked and cases taken up to our room on arrival. This was fantastic after a long drive. Lovely spacious room and fabulous bathroom.

The card machine at reception would not accept a Barclay card which was accepted everywhere else. Shower gel was not refilled which I discovered after getting in the shower.

Brilliant hotel in lovely neighbourhood, a short stroll to all that Zaragoza has to offer. Highly recommend.

The fact that the room was very reasonably priced, that we can bring our dog, parking was available and the location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and proficient. Stylish environment. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay,already. Having the parking valet to take away and bring your car back to the hotel was also a nice touch.

The on-line check in confused matters as the booking came up under my wife’s name as I had entered her details after mine. Meant that, initially, my name didn’t show on the system! But the very nice gentleman sorted it out quickly, and with charm. €35 for the dog is a little excessive, though you do get a bowl and bed - neither of which we needed as we had those with us,as travelling by car. Nice touch, though.

Nice hotel, lovely location but housekeeping needs attention.

Beautiful hotel in a great central location in Zaragoza. The hotel is central and well appointed, near everything that you may want and more.

Our hotel was faultless, other than the fact that we left our room at 11 a.m on a Sunday, put the sign outside the door for the room to be cleaned and when we returned at night the sign remained as it was left and the room had not been made up. I would expect much more than this for a hotel of this category. At the very least, make up our beds. We did not leave unreasonably late and I would expect something to have been done.
