A short stay but we truly enjoyed it.

Location is very good for this hotel. Within walking distance to places of interest. Parking though we did not manage to park n the hotel carpark as it was full, the public car park is just a short walk away, which was not a problem, and its charges are reasonable Euro13/day. The breakfast is good. Room is nice and comfortable. We enjoyed staying throughout our stay.

Zaragoza was amazing and the Hotel is in a great location to explore what it has to offer. The staff were exceptional -

Excellent room & staff.

The room & staff were excellent. The room had a nice view over other buildings, the bed was comfortable & the modern bathroom was clean. The hotel location is ideal for sightseeing. The valet garage service was fantastic. He took the car when we arrived & at departure it was ready for us before we finished checking out.

We arranged dinner with the hotel one night. We were lead through a back room, through the restaurant next door & upstairs to the most uninspiring dining room I have ever seen. It was bland with virtually no decor. There was a group of 6 at another table & their conversation filled the room. We left & found another restaurant.

Lovely grand old hotel full of charm.

Quiet location and only 10 minute walk to the old town. Lovely 100 year old Hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Close to a lovely restaurant that offered a great three course evening meal. Delicious bowls of sweets for the guests at reception.

10/10 for location, lovely building, generous sized rooms

Brilliantly spacious room in a gorgeous building, bang in the centre of Zaragoza. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Surprisingly quiet given how central it is. Will defo go back.

Car parking was tricky because of the height of our vehicle (with a roof box), so we couldn’t use the hotel’s own facilities. They did help to find a spot, but public parking is in short supply in this area.

In general it is ok, very nice staff and good location.

Restroom smells a little bit and floor is very woren I think the building is a bit old. New renovation is needed.

Perfect hotel in Zaragoza, hope to return soon!

The location of the hotel is superb, and the valet parking is quite reasonable and convenient. The breakfast room perhaps used to be a ball room, it was quite splendid with many options.

Wish we were able to stay in the area for longer.

A wonderful hotel let down by their Restaurant.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were the best that we have experienced in Europe over the past 6 months. The location is good with a short 10 minute walk to El Tubo. The front office staff were excellent and bilingual. Juan, Jaime and the doorman were excellent. Parking is two blocks away but easy access, good sized spots and reasonably priced at Eu11.50 / 24 hours. Good air conditioning that was easy to control. Excellent water pressure in bathroom. Good lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. Good sized bathroom. The room had a good and functional desk for laptop working. The bed was big and very comfortable with lots of pillow options. The room had both an external door and an additional door to the bedroom to reduce corridor noise.

Not much of a view despite being on the top floor. The internet was fast enough but kept dropping out. The curtains were not completely black out. I hate a shower over a bath which is a bit cramped but at least this one didn't leak all over the floor. No USB chargers in the room. Despite being on the top floor there was still significant street noise. The hotel restaurant is a must to avoid. The food is tiny and about 3 times the price of better restaurants in the area. The lifts are a little small. Overall the hotel is highly recommended but avoid the Restaurant.
